Complaints Regarding BBC Bias

17th November 2015

To  BBC Complaints, PO Box 1922, Darlington, DL3 0UR

Dear BBC,

I write to protest at your broadcast last Thursday 12th November re ''Johnny Jihad' (JJ).  I believe it was on that evening.  This is all from memory; I have not resorted to iPlayer.

The segment was introduced briefly by Mr Frank Gardner.  I believe he said that JJ had “apparently” beheaded victims in his association with IS as it is now called.

Mr Paul Adams then reported that an 'air strike' had probably killed JJ but confirmation was awaited from the US which had carried it out.

Dear Lord Patten,

"Our European Advisory Board (Bridgepoint) brings together exceptional people from business and political spheres, and offers the Firm informed external perspectives on strategic, political, social and other issues."  QUITE.

I was not aware that you sat on the advisory board of Bridgepoint.  I came to this after studying LGC forensics, another Bridgepoint holding, via a BBC report of terrible incompetence which caused a man to be held in jail for two months on a rape charge.

Care UK is a substantial holding (of Bridgepoint).  The BBC is pumping out material that is strongly biased towards the early workings of the Health and Social Security Bill 2011.  There is little doubt among many that the NHS might not survive as more than a logo - as used by the many private 'health' companies, if the destabilising/eviscerating strategy is maintained.

Eight more Palestinians have been killed today, Wednesday, as the death toll rises relentlessly in Gaza.

Two brothers have been killed as fearful Gazans endured another night of Israeli bombardment. Three Palestinian journalists are also dead after their car was blown up.

Last night on BBC News at Ten (20 Nov), amid scenes of devastation, Jeremy Bowen said of the killings:

"Now, I can't find much anger or sadness or even surprise about what's happened. That's partly because around here they've seen a lot of violent death. But also because in Gaza there is a strong culture of martyrdom."

But does, as Bowen crassly intimates, the 'glory of death' for Palestinians outweigh any other human emotion?

The BBC, the State Broadcaster, the 'Ministry of Truth' is reviled by a minority who resent paying 145.50 pounds pa for having lies of commission and omission beamed to the UK and the world.

Its propaganda underpins the monarchy, imperial war, capital, the corporations, Mount Zion and the status quo. The list is much longer. It was shown to have allowed only 3% of broadcasting time to humans who opposed the looming genocidal war on Iraq. Instead it used gigawatts to bring the poison of Perle, Wolfowitz, Edelman, Blair and a very long list of fellow psychopaths onto our screens.

The pro-Zionist stance of the BBC, the ZBC, is obvious in every hour of its broadcasts and on most of its numerous outlets. The rage against this is expressed in letters of complaint to this Ministry of Truth. We learn that most of these are 'outsourced' to one or two private companies. One is Tempero which has a long list of 'clients' for which it does the lying or absorption. One such is the NHS. And every thing in the UK is now outsourced in this hollow, illusory democracy. The complaint is reiterated to the complainant and not one thing changes.

The most recent outrage was 'Death on the Med', presented by the efficient pro-Zionist propagandist, Ms Jane Corben. It almost portrayed the massacre of 9 Turkish 'humanitarians' as being self inflicted. The massive and lethal naval/commando force of the Zionist entity was painted a peaceful green. The protests have been loud and many, but nothing will change. The hasbara outfits, like BICOM in the UK, have rubbed their hands.

Dear Today,

I was pleased that Mr Humphrys interviewed Mr Mark Regev but, as always, it was like counting eels in a sack.

Important facts were omitted, and as expected from past performance, Regev lied. Yes, lied.

A few salient points.
1. The unlawful siege of Gaza, the collective punishment that is illegal under 4th GC etc, was started by the Israelis in March 2006 in response to the election of an Hamas dominated legislature after scrupulous elections. The medieval siege, as I named it, was accompanied by daily shelling (175 mm and other weaponry including the most modern and vicious, the former amounting to about 70 per day). I was there and I reported it to C4; Inigo Gilmour reported.

To the panel,
Ms Tarazzi, director of the Ahli Arab hospital in Gaza and one of the very small minority of Christians still left in the remnants of historic Palestine, said this to me. It is a truism of course. "Dr David. If there is no peace in Palestine, there will be no peace in the Middle East. If there is no peace in the Middle East there will be no peace in the world". I repeat her message often but preface it with "If there is no justice in Palestine, there will be no peace in Palestine .....".

If there is to be justice where none exists, truth must be heard.

Dear Sir,

John Humphrys said on Today 01-07-05 "Palestinian terrorists .... have kidnapped two Israeli soldiers". I suspected this was a slip of the tongue made by a rational and well informed broadcaster who with forethought would have chosen a better noun. However, when I came to 'listen again' to confirm my quotation is correct, I find it printed:- '06.37 Palestinian terrorists say they have kidnapped two Israeli soldiers - a claim rejected by Israel.' This is indicative of the 'balance' in much of the BBC reporting coming out of Arab countries, and from the remnants of Palestine in particular. The Martyrs of the Al Aqsa Brigade responsible for the alleged kidnapping would not consider themselves to be terrorists* *and if they are not attacking civilians it is appropriate to call them 'resistance fighters' or 'guerillas'. These men have seen plenty of death and injury done to Palestinian civilians by the Israeli Defence/Occupation Force. Some thousands have been killed and many, many thousands maimed by all manner of weapons including flechette shells fired randomly into the jam packed refugee camps of both Gaza and the 'West Bank' in the dead of night. I cannot recall the word 'terrorist' ever being applied to any member of the ID/OF, but terrorism it is. An apt slogan circulated; a terrorist is someone with a bomb but no uniform .

The following Email exchange with Gavin Allen, regarding the BBC's presentation of alleged uranium enrichment in Iran, took place between November 2004 and February 2005:
