A Further Appeal to Attorney General Lord Hermer to Uphold International Law for the United Kingdom

A central fact arising from the preface above is that not one of the criminals involved in these two holocausts have ever been held to account. Instead, occasional scapegoats have been tethered for dismemberment eg Amin, Milosevic. Given your deep knowledge of human rights and your successful advocacy in many cases, it is your first duty in your highly responsible position to stand up for those humans who we promised protection but who now suffer in a current holocaust – grafted as I say onto certain genocide started 77 years ago.  That is at Christmas 1947 – eg 18th December 1947 -  Massacre of Al-Khisas and 31 December  1947 Massacre of Balad al-Shaykh.

That protection guaranteed in the Balfour Declaration of 2nd November 1917 -  “………. it being clearly understood that nothing should be done which will prejudice the civil and religious rights of existing non-Jewish communities in Palestine. “

Do please read this and through the images put yourself and your office in the place of these fellow humans. And acknowledge at the same time that what has been promoted as the second greatest massacre of Jews since WW2 on October 7th 2023 involved killing of some by Israeli forces under the so called Hannibal directive. This is fully documented. The purpose of those entering from the 'strip' was obviously to secure hostages with which to bargain for the release of about 11,000 of Palestinian nationality in the 32 Israeli prisons - down to age 12. The treatment of most is apalling and torture common - even unto death. I add that any killing of IDF personnel by the resistance cadres who broke out through the ‘border’ (with Israeli foreknowledge) was legal in international law. All peoples under this most oppressive, lethal and amoral regime have the lawful right to resist with military means. This is but a speck of the lethality but I thought my end had come – with others -

Another speck was the poisoning of myself in Gaza in 2005. I was often alone there in my 10 visits to this very large internment camp. When I eventually got back to my home country a bit worse for wear after hospitalisation in Milan (I could not continue on a homeward flight) 40 mls of blood was sent by a pathologist to Porton Down Defence Establishment for detailed analysis. My liver function tests performed locally were very abnormal. No report was ever received!

The Mahmoud family is one of say 300,000 in Gaza that have survived so far. At least 200,000 have been killed by US and German supplied high explosive - delivered mostly by F35s ( with important British manufactured components within eg the bomb release mechanisms) - and by disease, starvation and despair. There are as you know about 160,000 who have ‘life threatening injuries’, and at least a third are children ie UN definition - under 18. As a senior trauma and orthopaedic surgeon I can easlily visualise their suffering and what they need. Many will need tertiary care, especially because the primary and secondary stages were limited under bombardment, electricity outages, no anaesthesia etc etc. Some would have died tragically of gas gangrene.

I will shortly be writing of the need for urgent conversion of the militarily vulnerable HMSs Queen Elizabeth and Prince Charles into hospital ships. I have many details recorded, including the staffing. One would stand off Gaza and the other say off the Yemen.
    
We received a message from Mahmoud at 11.52 am yesterday -

Greetings from Deir Al Balah. Still living in a small tent with my big family. We get afraid and scared when we hear about rains coming which means suffering and misery. Killing, starvation and displacement are still ongoing despite the so called ceasefire. 'They' allow in very tiny proportions of aid and fuel. We use waste wood
to prepare tea and food.

Our dear country into which I was born on the 14thof April 1940 has been lowered beyond recognition in spite of the great sacrifices made by almost all its citizens then – in the war and for years afterwards.

I plead with other millions for you to exercise your power as Attorney General to restore Britain’s standing by using the laws we are bound to.
